INDEPENDENT SALES REPS - ALL TERRITORIES

Bohemian cards offers a great opportunity within a creative well-structured organization and here’s what you can expect from us:
Strong Retail Support: Bohemian Cards serves you by maintaining and organizing your client database on your behalf and allows you to focus on selling. We also deal with any retail account issues, complaints, re-orders etc. Your only responsibility is to focus on opening new accounts and submit new information to us.
In Store Marketing and Inside Sales Support: Bohemian Cards serves you by sending automatic emails , follow ups, and literature to retailers on your behalf with your contact information, reminding them that you’re there to sell whatever they may need. We also are happy to field calls on your behalf. Your only responsibility is to focus on opening new accounts and submit new information to us.
Highly Competitive Commissions and Residuals: Bohemian Cards will continue to pay you commission off any accounts you’ve opened every time they re-order regardless of order size, and there are no commission caps, the potential is limitless. We implement automation as much as possible on your behalf so there is no time wasted on having to overly massage clients to keep them re-ordering. Your only responsibility is to focus on opening new accounts and submit new information
Selling Opportunities: You will have a tremendous opportunity to capture market share since we are the first and only greeting card company in the actions sports industry. We have several programs that you can offer retailers where you can get paid, and some take no initial investment from the retailer at all:
1. Selling retailers cards for their stores or internet sites. You get paid commission.
2. Selling our Affiliate program, where internet retailers simply direct traffic to our website from their website and if someone purchases, you and the retailer receive commissions, and it’s free for them to join.
3. Selling our Drop Shipping program, where an internet retailer offers our products on their website without actually carrying or buying our inventory, but instead captures the sale and sends us the order. We then send the product to the customer directly. You and the retailer get paid commission, and it’s free for them to join.
4. Selling our private labeling, some companies and stores want our cards with their logos and information on them, so we make them on their behalf. You get paid the commission as well.
What We Expect From Our Sales Reps And What You Must Qualify For:
If you are a doer, are driven to succeed and have relationships with great retailers in your territory we want to talk to you.
Bohemian Cards is searching for multi-lined sales representatives focused on action sports stores in the United States and globally. Bohemian Cards outside sales representatives responsibilities are very simple, just introduce the new line of greeting cards to stores, and the more you sell, the more you get paid. You’ll have no competitors because we are the only action sports greeting card company that exists.
• Execute annual sales targets
• Increase dealer coverage and increase the sales of Bohemian Cards through existing and new dealer accounts
• Provide management with information from the field relative to the competition and market change
• Provide market analysis, program feedback etc.
• Manage all on-going sales activities pertaining to the dealer base, including establishment of new dealer accounts, order processing, implementation of dealer sales business plans and territory reporting
• Ensure all customers are up to date on information disseminated from the home office relative to marketing, product, programs, sales, events, etc.
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• A minimum of 1 years sales experience required
• Familiarity with and experience in the outdoor, fashion or action sports accesories industry preferred.
• Advanced skills in Windows, Word, Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to multi-task well
• Follows-through on all assignments independently
• Must have valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and be willing to utilize own vehicle for business purposes.
This is an independent contractor position so your hours are your own. The more you work the more you’ll make. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to be creative when needed to make the sale
